These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arrakis, Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Arrakis provides a cloud-based data integration platform that allows users to connect, transform, and activate data across various systems. Features and functionality may change over time at our discretion.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Transmit malicious code or interfere with platform security.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
5. Data Ownership

Can't sign in?
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the sign in page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
If you no longer have access to your email, contact support at support@arrakis.io and we'll verify your identity manually.
Account locked?
After several consecutive failed sign-in attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow.
Two-factor authentication
If you have 2FA enabled and have lost access to your authenticator app, contact support with your account email and organization name. Recovery typically takes 1–2 business days.
Data connector issues
If a connector stops syncing, check the status page at status.arrakis.io for any ongoing incidents. Most sync errors can be resolved by re-authenticating the connection from the Sources panel.

For questions about your subscription, invoices, or plan changes, email billing@arrakis.io. Response time is typically within one business day.
